WALK TO DEFEAT ALS

ALS, also known as Lou Gerhig’s disease, is diagnosed in over 5,000 people each year. The debilitating disease affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord. While there is no cure, the ALS Association puts on events like the annual Walk to Defeat ALS to raise money for research.
