1975. The same year that the Voyager 1 space probe launched, Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody hit the airwaves, and Wheel of Fortune and Saturday Night Live made their debut, Dennis Wolfe started working for a Caterpillar dealership in Pasco, Washington. The rest, as they say, is history.
The last customer appreciation lunch of the summer was held on a clear, chilly day in Missoula. The local Western States team used the opportunity to catch up with customers and friends after a busy summer.
The Boise, ID Touch-a-Truck event was once again a huge. This annual event provided a hands-on opportunity for children of all ages to interact with and explore working trucks of all makes and models. Vehicles on display ranged from construction equipment to vintage trucks and emergency vehicles.
Over thirty Western States Meridian employees participated in the annual FitOne race hosted by St. Luke’s.

Last week, Meridian held an American Red Cross blood drive. 30 donors were able to provide 27 units of blood (2 units over goal), potentially saving the lives of 81 people.
