WESTERN CARES CAFE OPENS IN MISSOULA.

As everyone knows, customers have choices. The Missoula Leadership Team is working to make customer choices easier. They want to make sure their customers and prospects are well aware of all they offer, and give them another reason to come to Western States.  So with a goal of providing a great customer experience, building stronger relationships and giving new customers a reason to walk into our store, they’ve engaged the University of Montana culinary school to launch Western Cares Café.

Situated in the Missoula store lobby, the Café serves up free breakfasts to any customer that comes thru our doors from 7:30-10:30AM – or until the food runs out! Moving forward they plan to do this every Tuesday and Thursday thru November and into early December (except holidays). Customers can enjoy expertly-prepared breakfast treats such as eggs, sausage, breakfast casserole, juice, coffee and more.

The Café also represents a unique opportunity to show community involvement and support of the local college by partnering with the University’s culinary arts program.

The Western Cares Café is just one element of a program intended to create a greater awareness for rental, service, parts and machine sales which includes radio ads, a dedicated Missoula website, sponsorship of Grizz athletics and store signage.
