WELCOME TO THE FAMILY

Another successful round of New Employee Orientations took place over the last couple of weeks, this time for new employees from Pasco and Pendleton. 

With the new on-the-road NEO format, Talent Development Director Brian Coefer and his team meet new employees at each store and introduce them to the Western States history and culture, while also keeping travel at a minimum. COVID-safe protocols are an important aspect of the new format, including a virtual Q & A from the executive team, limited group sizes, social distancing and face coverings.
