WELCOME TO THE FAMILY

A handful of new employees in met for New Employee Orientation in Meridian last week.

With masks on and social distancing guidelines in place, the seven person group learned about Western States and the company culture.

While many New Employee Orientations have been put on hold in the last year due to COVID, the training team has been developing a NEO curriculum that can be  taken on the road to each store. More information on future NEO events will be available soon, but for now let’s welcome some of the newest members of the WSECO family!
