WELCOME TO THE FAMILY
New employees from the Meridian store attended New Employee Orientation this week, this time with a virtual component.
To comply with the Western States COVID safety policy of no more than 10 people in a room together, lunch and a Q&A session with the executive team looked a little different for this training. Instead of gathering in-person, the executive team talked with NEO participants virtually via Cisco WebEx. This gave new Meridian employees the chance to talk with the executives and ask questions, while keeping everyone as socially-distanced as possible.
While we’re looking forward to being able to gather together again in-person, we’re glad to be able to use technology to connect with each other safely. To all of our new employees, welcome the Western States family!
