CUSTOMER APPRECIATION SWEEPSTAKES

Western States is pleased to announce the Customer Appreciation Sweepstakes!

As you are aware, many industry, association and customer events have been canceled for 2020, and there are certainly more to follow. Because of the implications, policies and safety issues surrounding COVID-19, WSECO has also elected to not attempt to coordinate any in-person Customer Appreciation Events (CAEs) for the remainder of the year.

However, we still want to show customers our appreciation with giveaways like the ones we have at our CAEs. Therefore, next week we are launching WSECO’s Customer Appreciation Sweepstakes. Western States is giving away over $30K in gift cards and prizes, with one grand prize of $5000. Customers can enter online, and there will be winners from every store territory. This online event will allow Western States to show customers our appreciation while providing the WSECO team a positive message to talk about.

The launch date for the sweepstakes is Monday, August 3, and we will accept entries from customers until September 4. Prize drawings will be made the following week.

Unfortunately employees aren’t eligible for the sweepstakes, but we encourage all customer-facing employees to talk to their customers to encourage them to enter. Just like our traditional, in-person CAEs, this will be much more successful if our people are talking to our customers. Informative counter cards and lobby posters are on their way to stores, and in-store digital displays, customer-facing emails and our website will also have information about how to enter.
