While we couldn’t host lunches at our stores for our customers this year, Western States was thrilled to hold our Customer Appreciation Sweepstakes!

In a typical year most stores hold a barbeque lunch for all of their customers. As events were cancelled across our territory due to the pandemic, it became clear that Western States needed to find a new way to show our appreciation and spread some good will.

Instead of a physical gathering, Western States had an online Customer Appreciation Sweepstakes, with over 350 prizes ranging from Cat merchandise bundles to a $5,000 grand prize. All totaled, we received over 2,500 entries for the sweepstakes from across our territory.

Our grand prize winner, Dave Weyrauch, works primarily with the Kalispell store. Jim Olson, PSSR, presented Dave with his grand prize check.

“The whole thing went great. I can tell you that he was very excited; he’s going to use his prize money on a trip to Mexico for him and his wife,” Jim said about giving Dave the prize, “I think all of our winners really appreciated their prizes.”

Thank you to everyone involved in our first Customer Appreciation Sweepstakes. Just like our traditional lunches, the event couldn’t have been a success without support and participation from all of our stores.
