Cameron Pickett (Technical Programs Manager ) got to meet and enjoy the future of our company this past week while attending Career Day at Technical Careers High School (TCHS) in Idaho Falls.

TCHS is a high school focusing on technical career preparation while still requiring state mandated general education requirements.

Career Day is an annual TCHS event that targets high school juniors and seniors who are exploring post-secondary education and career options.  While most vendor participants are colleges and universities, our Think BIG and Western States Cat Technician Program (WSCTP) allow us to be the single participant from beyond the education sector.

Cameron had a great time meeting with the future of our workforce. He scheduled 6-8 job shadows at our Idaho Falls shop and received four new applications for the WSCTP program. He is pleased with the results of this event and looks forward to seeing some of these guys again in the future.
