SPOKANE TRUCK THROWS A PARTY.

The Spokane Truck Shop recently hosted a customer-appreciation event that saw a large number of hungry guests filter through the shop for hamburgers and hot dogs. Additionally, the event served as the kickoff for a brake-special promotion that included a drawing for $500 off a brake job.

What started out as a customer-appreciation event with a promotion eventually led to nine departments committing to setting up a table at the event. Represented were the Oil Lab, SITECH, Power Systems, Finance, Sales, Rental, Railroad Solutions, FleetPride and the Spokane County Sheriff, who was helpful in talking to truckers about ways to stay safe on the road. It was awesome to see so many departments jump on board to make the event a success.

As per usual, guests were treated to fine food and great company. The shop closed down for the day to ensure the team was able to interact with guests, creating a friendly atmosphere that resonated with employees and guests alike. The winner of the brake-special drawing was appreciative and the employees were happy to see the prize go to a long-time customer who would be able to take advantage of it. The day ended with the knowledge that new connections had been made and old relationships confirmed. And that is a fine way to end any day.
