Padon has been with us for nearly 6 years now. He likes the challenge of bringing in a worn out machine, tearing it down to the frame, and bringing it back to life.

Outside of work, Padon enjoys spending time with family, hunting, fishing, camping and loves to play sports. In fact, he recently played two seasons of semi-pro football with the Arco Anarchy as an offensive lineman, defensive end, defensive tackle and special teams.
