WELCOME TO THE FAMILY
On-the-road New Employee Orientation wrapped up with multiple sessions in Pocatello last week.
With the on-the-road NEO format, Talent Development Director Brian Coefer and his team met new employees at each store and introduced them to the Western States history and culture, while also keeping travel at a minimum. All totaled, more than 120 new employees who had been hired since March 2020 and were unable to travel to Meridian due to COVID attended the on-the-road sessions in the last few weeks.
