April was a busy month for New Employee Orientations, with participants from Spokane, Hayden, Colville, Pocatello, Idaho Falls, Twin Falls and Butte!
With the on-the-road NEO format, Talent Development Director Brian Coefer and his team meet new employees at each store and introduce them to the Western States history and culture, while also keeping travel at a minimum. COVID-safe protocols are an important aspect of the new format, including a virtual Q & A from the executive team, limited group sizes, social distancing and face coverings.
