Another successful round of New Employee Orientations took place over the last few weeks, this time in Missoula and in Meridian.
With the new on-the-road NEO format, Talent Development Director Brian Coefer and his team meet new employees at each store and introduce them to the Western States history and culture, while also keeping travel at a minimum. COVID-safe protocols are an important aspect of the new format, including a virtual Q & A from the executive team, limited group sizes, social distancing and face coverings.
