WELCOME TO THE FAMILY

With new accommodations in place to follow social distancing guidelines, the Meridian store hosted the first New Employee Orientation since February last week. 

Adhering to the current Phase 2 of Western States’ reopening plan, which includes restrictions on non-essential travel, only Meridian employees were asked to attend. Groups were kept to 10 or fewer to follow gathering guidelines and to allow for social distancing, and masks and gloves were worn when appropriate.  In spite of this “new normal”, the latest additions to our Meridian team enjoyed their time learning more about our company culture and strategy and getting an opportunity to spend time with our executive team.

For branches outside of Meridian with enough new team members to justify it, stay tuned for more information about bringing New Employee Orientation to your store. In the meantime, please help to give a warm Western States welcome to our newest teammates.
