STAYING SAFE THROUGH COVID-19

Safety is always our top priority, and Western States is committed to keeping our employees and customers as safe as possible during this difficult time.

Stay-At-Home orders have been issued by state and local governments across our territory. Because Western States provides machine parts and service for public utilities, government entities, agriculture and other essential businesses, we intend to remain open for business. We’ve asked all employees who can work from home to do so; those whose jobs cannot be done remotely are actively practicing social distancing at work, keeping at least six feet of distance from customers and other employees.

To help protect employees at our stores, and our customers, our stores are frequently sanitized, in addition to our regular cleanings. We are also implementing a sanitizing policy for our machines, meaning that we will do our best to disinfect any machine that is serviced, rented or purchased before it makes it to a customer or jobsite.

We know that this is a difficult and uncertain time. Western States is monitoring the coronavirus situation closely, and we will continue to make your safety our top priority. We have what it takes to get through this, and so do you.
